The drop has fallen into the ocean and

the ocean has fallen into the drop.

Metaphor is only possible because All Is One. One puts glasses of theater or, better, mental clinic on organization studies and gets new knowledge, new vision, new understanding and always limits oneself by it because the full picture appear only in case all the glasses are applied.

Enrich, complement (1) sociology by physics, physics by psychology, chemistry by Christianity, Christianity by literature, literature by alchemy and alchemy by everyday life experience. My life by your life by society life by product life by stone’s life. Or vice versa! All Is One.

They say “fallow us, we’ll lead you to your power/God/eternal life/money” – but no matter which tradition to choose – science and no matter what science in particular, art and no matter what art in particular, religion and no matter what religion in particular, evil and no matter what evil in particular – all leads to one aim, one goal that is to complete construction of One [by the means of All]. Whereas One can be any tradition, any aspect of anything. It looks like all the goals are completely different – absolute Truth for science, expressing feelings for art, destruction for evil or happiness for a man [and so on (3)] – but that’s just different manifestation of Unity, of One. The most widespread and popular is unity of material and spiritual but it’s also unity of conscious and unconscious, thoughts and feelings, unity of colors in white, knowledge and wisdom, words and meanings, a Master and a pupil, water and fire and so one (3)... All these examples are manifestation (2) of One. [There is a kind of a meta-level that unifies all these manifestations. And all meta-levels could be unified as well… and so on (3)]

It looks like evil (strife to destructiveness, to disunite) falls out of this sweet pattern of universal unification. But it only looks like. Everything and everyone is driven by this impulse to complete One, to assemble All parts of One in a unique entity, to come to a final goal – Unity or, better, becoming One. Take man. All people are so different although they all are manifestations of One physically (all have their own noses, hands, bones), mentally (thoughts are manifestations of common archetypes), psychologically (different characters and strives are only manifestations of conscious and unconscious interaction due to personal experience), spiritually. This infinite (3) difference cannot be equally compatible with all the other differences e.g. a person who grew up in the heart of Africa would have little compatibility with polar climate and way of life although s/he can live there.

So every single manifestation of One (e.g. a person) needs unique manifestations of All other (ideas, books, people, occurrences, meetings, errors, songs, words, particular science, particular art… and so on(3)) in order to complete oneself, Unify. And here lies the idea of what is called a unique life path. Why evil could be an exception? In this infinite difference evil cannot not to appear as one of the pieces of One. Yes, I mean that for somebody committing a crime means (metaphorically speaking) a step on his/her path or a brick in his/her citadel or a piece of map or… and so on(3) But (and THAT is more important) nowadays crime is wrongly chosen as a step by the absolute majority just like if to transport all African tribes in polar environment. The majority is not compatible well enough for crime. For them this is a step but in the wrong way, a step forward.

The question I constantly ask myself is if I can ask myself what One/All is? They say All Is One and One Is Love but now it’s only knowledge for me and not a full understanding.

that's not even a dream... it's like a path, a path of hundreds thousands miles, people, countries, centuries, things, emotions and recollections... and here it is - destination point. That what always seemed equally far... Dare not to think about it cos a single awkward thought will smash it to smithereens.
